Getting Started is as Easy as 1-2-3!

Get Started Step 1

Request an Account

When you click the button below you will be taken to our 'Time to Pet" account request page.


Fill this information out and submit. Within a couple of hours someone will contact you by phone to discuss any additional details we may need or we may just approve your account if you have provided enough details for us and you will receive an activation email to finish setting up your account. 

Be on the look out from an email from Loving Arms Pet Sitting  <> This is not a good email to write directly to us though.

Get Started Step 2

Activate Your Account

Inside that email I told you to be on the look out for, you'll spot a link that says "Activate Your Account." Click on it, and it will whisk you away to your personal client and pet portal login.  Once you have been prompted to create your own password, you will then have a chance to read and agree to our polices. Next just follow the simple steps, and you'll be all set up to enjoy the benefits of your Time To Pet account.

Schedule a Meet & Greet

Get Started Step 3

Now that you've activated your Time To Pet account and filled in all the important details about your pets and your home, the next step is scheduling a meet and greet with us. 

Within moments of activating your account, someone will message you through the portal and email with up to 3 dates and times for a meet and greet, simply let us know which works best for you, or provide us with a more convenient date.

Remember, this meet and greet is a special time for us to get to know you and your pet better, and for you to get to know us too. After this, you're officially part of the Loving Arms family!
