Pet Sitting is Our Passion: How it All Started

The owner has dedicated a significant portion of her adult life to domestic and wildlife rescue and rehabilitation. To better serve the animals she cares for, she pursued training as a veterinary technician. This allowed her to apply that knowledge and skills to the well-being of all animals.

In addition to her veterinary training, she became a Fear Free Certified professional and completed several courses in animal psychology and feline behavioral health. She has always had a strong affinity for animals and grew up on a ranch, where tending to their needs brought her great joy and fulfillment.

In 1997, she started pet sitting when the concept was still relatively unfamiliar. A veterinary client approached her, seeking someone to care for an insulin-dependent diabetic cat during an emergency. She enjoyed the personal experience of taking care of this special cat so much that she decided to expand her pet sitting services and offer them to more people in her community.

Several years down the line, she decided to make it a career. Initially establishing TDY Pet Sitting in Killeen, Texas, primarily serving military personnel who required pet care while away on operations. No matter where life has taken her, she has always dedicated herself to the care of pets to help bring peace of mind to pet owners,

Eventually as pet sitting became more popular, her daughter joined the venture. She primarily helps out with visits during the busier seasons but is always in the background providing assistance with administrative tasks and moral support.

We find the work to be highly rewarding, and intend to continue as long as pet sitters are needed. Our goal is to provide reliable and compassionate care for animals, ensuring their well-being and happiness. It is a fulfilling mission that brings joy and purpose to our lives.

The Loving Arms Pet Sitting Family

Theresa 'Tess' Webb

Owner / FFCP

While most of the important stuff about myself is covered above, let's delve into my philosophy. Pets are fascinating beings with their own little quirks and personalities. They're like furry comedians, always ready to provide us with a chuckle or two.

My mission is to give your beloved companion the best care possible, making sure they feel comfortable and content during my visits. When I take on the role of caring for a pet, they become a part of my extended furry family. I shower them with genuine love and compassion, treating them as if they were my own adorable bunch. After all, who can resist those wagging tails and purrfect purrs? By creating a nurturing environment and attending to their every need, I strive to build a bond of trust with each furry friend. It's an absolute delight to see them thrive and bring happiness to their owners' lives.

So, fret not! Your furry companion is in capable hands. I'll provide compassionate care and try to catch their silly antics on film to keep everyone smiling. Together, we'll create a joyful and tail-wagging or purr inducing experience for your beloved pet.

Adrian W.

Administrative Assistant / Pet Care Specialist

I am deeply passionate about animals and have always dreamed of making a difference in wildlife conservation. Since I was a child, I've been helping my mom Tess care for rescued and rehabilitated wildlife as well as domestic animals. Out of all the animals, I find working with cats the most enjoyable.

I am happily working towards obtaining my veterinary technology certification and eventually pursuing my degree as a licensed veterinarian and hope to one day open my own sliding scale income based practice so no pet has to go without lifesaving care. When it comes to pet sitting, my favorite part is taking care of cats. Although I love all animals, there's something about feline companions that truly captures my heart. Whenever I visit homes for pet sitting, I exclusively focus on taking care of the cats, ensuring they feel safe and loved.

I may appear young, but I assure you, I'm older than I look. I was born in 1995 and already have a family of my own. My home is shared with my husband, our bright and energetic son, four cats, a betta fish, and a Rottweiler named Aiko. Each day is filled with the joy and companionship these animals bring into our lives.
